Job Overview
We are seeking an Observer to join our team, providing essential support and assistance in a medical setting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe patients closely during medical procedures or treatments
- Document and maintain accurate medical records and observations
- Assist with sterile processing procedures as needed
- Provide support in airway management and IV infusion processes
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage
- Work with individuals with disabilities to ensure their comfort and safety
- Offer health coaching and guidance to patients as required
- Assist with patient care tasks such as tube feeding when necessary
Requirements
- Proficiency in medical documentation practices
- Experience or knowledge in sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with airway management procedures
- Previous exposure to emergency room (ER) environments is beneficial
- Ability to handle IV infusion processes competently
- Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage is advantageous
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong health coaching skills to guide patients effectively

Pay: $78,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
