We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Salesperson to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL, where you’ll be responsible for executing our GTM strategy, closing new business, and working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their security needs and presenting Athena’s value proposition.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales tactics.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and GTM strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting new business and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales cycles, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track and optimize sales performance.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL, and travel as needed for client meetings.
