You will collaborate with internal product teams, engineers, and clients to develop innovative solutions that enhance interoperability, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with industry standards, all while supporting our evolving API-first technology approach.

You will engage daily with scrum teams to define epics, prioritize the product backlog, and make trade-off decisions regarding scope and schedule.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you!

You are an outcome-oriented Product Manager with experience in healthcare IT interoperability space

You have experience collaborating with clients, business team and internal teams as stakeholders

You have experience working with colleagues to broaden or narrow the scope of a problem to enable action and create manageable efforts

You have demonstrated the ability to propose the most appropriate approach for the need at hand, and you can quickly pivot if this approach fails

You see the value in proactively making recommendations for ongoing support and enhancements (updates, self-service)

You are interested in industry developments and trends, such as the data interoperability implications of the 21st Century Cures Act, HL7 FHIR standards

Prior experience at a Healthcare payer organization is a big plus.

The Team : The Integration Platform zone drives growth and creates meaningful insight from diverse data sources by enabling scaled global integrations. We consider the role of the Integration Platform team to be a critical strategic function in enabling a connected healthcare system.
