We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional with experience in the financial and / or insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate recruiting, place a high value on collaboration and contribute to a high-performing talent acquisition team.
Accountabilities :
- Partner with leadership to understand and fulfill recruitment needs for critical and complex roles.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the financial and insurance sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage with passive candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with industry professionals through networking events and stay current on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams to support recruitment efforts across various locations.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive hiring process.
