The Opportunity
Atheneum offers an exciting growth opportunity for a New Business Director to join us in a new growth phase across our North American teams focusing on the Private Equity vertical.
You will uncover new opportunities, build / manage your pipeline and close revenue with a true "hunter" mindset. Your role involves understanding client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities and strategically matching Atheneum's solutions to help them achieve their goals. This position requires a keen understanding of industry trends, effective client management, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
What You'll be Doing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a go-to partner in the expert network arena.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and effectively showcasing the value of Atheneum's Expert Network.
- You will work closely with our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful collaborations that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Navigating the negotiation and contract management process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and Atheneum.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Atheneum effectively in the ever-evolving business landscape.
