Golden Spur Grill in Columbia, SC is looking for one sous chef to join our 39 person strong team. We are located on 700 Lincoln St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to serve great fresh food
- Execute menu during service
- Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
- Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications
- Experience working as a sous chef or chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
