Athenix Solutions Group is looking for Financial Analyst in the McLean, VA area.
Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?
- Design, implement, perform and evolve, processes, procedures and reporting to support the use of funds and subsequent reporting.
- Monitor and provide analysis of spending trends, obligation, and execution rates.
- Perform the day-to-day processing of budget for committing, obligating and expensing funds.
- Prepare supporting documents for budget exercises, overguidance, unfunded calls, and reprogramming.
- Prepare briefings, budget, spend plans and programmatic activities to support reporting requirements.
- Implement processes and procedures supporting SLA establishment as well as expert guidance on contractual requirements, obligations, and funding tenure.
- Reconcile spend plans with actuals and planned expenditures and recommend options to address potential over or underutilization of resources.
- Perform short-term and long-term financial trend analysis.
- Design, implement, and improve processes and procedures for planning out-year budgeting.
- Support the development and drafting of contributions to the Congressional Budget Justification Book and related planning exercises.
