What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athenix Language Facilitator position at Athenix Solutions Group, LLC?
Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Language Facilitator for a contract in Augusta, GA. This role is responsible for creating and facilitating training as it pertains to programs within the National Intelligence University (NIU).
Responsibilities:
- Recordkeeping of activities, paperwork, and contacts.
- Schedule recruitment activities to include reserving rooms, inviting attendees, preparing slide deck presentations, and facilitating the delivery of presentations.
- Monitor student accountability.
- Prepare materials for marketing events.
- Conduct library maintenance that includes, but not limited to, ensuring library is stocked, inventoried, and neatly arranged, identify textbooks and ensure orders are submitted to appropriate identified Government personnel, distribute books to students issue library cards.
- Ensure classroom(s) are ready for each session by creating nameplates for students, ensuring cleaning supplies are present, and submitting tickets for broken equipment.
- Create course spreadsheets for each session to track students, classes, VTC numbers, instructor contacts, books needed.
- Ensure VTC equipment is up and running before each class.
- Track classroom usage to ensure no double-bookings or conflicts.
- Work with NIU and students to ensure they have Blackboard access to NIU on both high and low side.
- Help with logistics for student travel for graduations/thesis fairs/research etc.
- Maintain SOP on all NIU related matters.
- Regularly review NIU related websites for updates on programs and inform Government Lead of news that might pertain to students here at NSAG.
- Work with government lead to track training and certification of Adjunct Faculty members for FGA22 courses, update and provide records management for FGA2.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years' experience working in the Intelligence Community.
- Two (2) years' experience developing training materials to include lesson plans, slides, handbooks, handouts.
- One (1) year experience instructing courses using synchronous and asynchronous methodologies.
