SOF Operations Analyst
At Athenix Solutions Group, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled SOF Operations Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of our plans team, you will assist in the analysis of Special Operations Forces (SOF) training activities, providing relevant and doctrinally correct After Action Review (AAR) information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 manning and radio coverage of the SOF Training Analysis Feedback Facility.
- Track, monitor, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CTC OIS, CPOF, radios, and instant messaging applications.
- Collect reports from SOF military personnel and other contract personnel during the conduct of SOF activities.
- Assist in daily analysis briefings with SOF military leadership and other civilian personnel.
- Input AAR data into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS).
- Conduct operational and doctrinal research and organize collected information for use in other tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work shift work with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Able to articulate military style writing when transcribing radio communications into written reports.
- Familiarity with Army Ranger, Special Forces, and Joint Special Operations Forces doctrine.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
