**Job Summary**
Athenix Solutions Group, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Special Operations Forces Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to support the planning and execution of SOF training activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert-level analysis and interpretation of data to support SOF training activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed plans and procedures for SOF training operations.
- Collaborate with SOF military leadership and other civilian personnel to ensure seamless execution of training activities.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work shift work with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Able to articulate military style writing when transcribing radio communications into written reports.
- Must be familiar with Army Ranger, Special Forces, and Joint Special Operations Forces doctrine.
- Must be familiar with MS Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of military or equivalent experience.
- Graduation from Battle Staff Course or one of the following Schools; Ranger School, Officer Basic Course, Officer Advanced Course or Advanced NCO Course.
- Experience with Special Operations Joint Task Forces, Combined/Joint Special Operations Task Forces, and/or other SOF structures.
