Training Feedback Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Feedback Specialist to join our team at Athenix Solutions Group, LLC. As a key member of our plans team, you will assist in the analysis of SOF training activities, providing relevant and doctrinally correct AAR information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to SOF military leadership and other civilian personnel during training exercises.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including CTC OIS, CPOF, radios, and instant messaging applications.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of AARs for SOF personnel training.
- Input AAR data into the JLLIS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work shift work with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Able to articulate military style writing when transcribing radio communications into written reports.
- Familiarity with Army Ranger, Special Forces, and Joint Special Operations Forces doctrine.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
