Vice President of Program Operations

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Vice President of Program Operations to join the Fulton, MD office. The Vice President of Program Operations will create value by providing operational vision, leadership and strategy necessary to drive operational initiatives and to build and support the execution of them.

• Primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Sr. Vice President to execute our business strategy, specifically focused on winning new subcontracts, and eventually -- a prime contract.  
• This includes creating/developing/maintaining Athenix relationships with prime partners, qualifying emerging client requirements, and shaping new task orders.  
• Secondary responsibilities will be recruiting Athenix candidates and engagement with the prime project leads and program managers.  
• This role is essential for fostering an innovative environment that promotes quality and growth within our organization and will be supporting heavily in boosting brand awareness through engagement with prospective prime partners, sponsoring 'industry day', and other related networking events.  This position is expected to be billable with other duties as required.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, and a bachelor's degree.
  
  

Salary Range

$150,000—$225,000 USD
