*Job Summary* We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team at a construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment to assist in construction activities. *Duties* - Operate and maintain equipment such as backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, and bulldozers - Perform tasks including digging, loading, and moving materials - Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently - Follow construction site safety regulations and protocols - Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment *Qualifications* - Experience in backhoe operation, heavy equipment operation, loader operation, and water truck operation - Proficiency in operating Caterpillar machinery is a plus - Knowledge of construction site operations and safety procedures - Ability to perform tasks such as digging, loading, and bulldozing effectively - Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
