*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong eye for detail. *Duties* - Perform painting duties including preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and applying paints to various surfaces - Utilize tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers to complete projects - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Work on a variety of projects including residential and commercial properties - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion *Qualifications* - Experience in remodeling, commercial painting, and fixture installation is preferred - Ability to read blueprints and understand construction estimating is a plus - Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations - Skills in plastering, masonry, concrete finishing, and building are advantageous
