In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our dealership’s growth by connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and guiding them through our automotive solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume warm and cold calling (80-100 outbound calls and 50 emails daily) to connect with potential clients in our target market.
- Generate leads through outbound calling efforts and follow up on internet leads daily.
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide information on our vehicle inventory, and offer tailored solutions.
- Schedule and manage appointments using our customer management system, ensuring all appointments and customer interactions are accurately documented.
- Present product offerings effectively, using scripts and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals, including phone-up percentages, appointments set percentages, and show and sold percentages.
- Dedicate uninterrupted time daily to follow up on prospects, with a goal of expanding our client base and strengthening relationships.
- Role-play and participate in training exercises with team members to enhance communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a business development, BDC, sales, or call center role is preferred, but not required WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management systems is a plus.
- Advanced computer and phone skills, with a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality; must have reliable transportation for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others; a self-starter who manages time and work effectively.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills; able to work well under pressure.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Preferred:
- Appointment-setting experience and multi-language proficiency are a plus.
