Experience Required
- -Ability to work a flexible work schedule which includes working on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- -A proven track-record of providing superior customer service
- -Must possess exceptional communication skills
- -Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using a Point Of Sale system is preferred
Essential Responsibilities
- -Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage pace of play
- -Perform all opening and closing procedures
- -Assist the Director of Operations with merchandising and inventory control
- -Maintain expert knowledge of all merchandise stocked in the Golf Shop
- -Actively sell and promote all merchandise stocked in the Golf Shop
- -Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner
- -Maintain a professional image
