Athens Real Estate Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in property and community association management, as well as residential and commercial sales. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing property maintenance, project management, renovations, and overall operations.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising maintenance contractors and vendors, ordering and tracking materials, handling daily tenant maintenance requests, conducting weekly property inspections, managing monthly billing and contracts, and addressing tenant concerns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property maintenance, prior management experience, and the ability to be on call for emergency maintenance situations. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required
- Facilities Management or Property Management experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
