Job Description
- Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insights into the company's financial performance and future outlook.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate strategies to mitigate them. Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on surplus funds.
- Capital Management: Evaluate capital allocation decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, to support long-term growth and shareholder value creation.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
