Position: Adult Education Career Plus High School (CPH) Manager
Location: Athens Campus

Reports to: Executive Director of Adult Education & Walton Campus

Responsibilities:
- Provide training to AE and college personnel to ensure they have full understanding of CPH to be able to promote.
- Work with college marketing and public relations department to advertise the program and recruit.
- Ensure CPH content on college website is up-to-date and maintain CPH content on social media platforms weekly.
- Work to ensure community awareness by distributing flyers and promotional information.
- Promote CPH to community leaders and potential students through presentations, meetings, and one-on-one sessions.
- Assist students with completing CPH enrollment paperwork.
- Receive, review, evaluate, and submit student transcripts to OAE for interested students.
- Ensure needed Blackboard courses are ready to launch each term and that students know their teacher.
- Monitor student performance in high school classes, postsecondary courses, and progress for those completing GED/HiSET tests.
- Conduct regular check-ins (monthly at a minimum) with students.
- Ensure student attendance for HS courses and check-ins are entered into GALIS.
- Check in with postsecondary instructors and high school course instructors to ensure students are on track.
- Connect students to tutoring for high school or postsecondary courses.
- Work with the Transition and Career Services Coordinator to ensure students receive soft skills and employment focused training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
