Job description
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing receptionist to join our Phillips Veterinary Clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a fantastic team.
Excellent communication and people skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Courteous and professional demeanor, articulate and friendly, excellent communication skills and ability to listen, general computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), and comfortable with animals. Some Saturdays are required (on rotation).
Job duties are the following:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Cashiering and reconciling.
- Basic bookwork and administrative duties that may pertain to your position.
- Managing emails and texts.
- Customer service facilitator
- Assist Office manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week and some overtime as needed
