Atherton Galardi ( ) is an established Chambers-ranked South Florida business litigation boutique seeking motivated lawyers who want to work on interesting, high-stakes cases. We represent public companies, private equity groups, and closely held businesses in corporate governance disputes, securities cases, M&A litigation, executive compensation and restrictive covenant claims, and class actions. We also represent large law firms in legal malpractice cases, and we defend national and regional news media clients in defamation and public access cases. Although most of our fee arrangements are hourly, we accept select contingency and incentive fee cases which expands the scope of business our lawyers can generate while creating substantial financial opportunities for both the firm and its clients.
Each of our attorneys were previously with large national law firms or regional law firms with national practices.
