About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our hiring processes from start to finish. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet our company's needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hiring landscape, and the ability to foster positive candidate experiences. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc) to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate and thorough candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Startup experience
- College athletic experience

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
