ESL Instructor (Spanish Required)

Job Summary:
Athletes Global is seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Instructor to teach English to non-native speakers. The instructor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, and assessing students' progress to help them achieve fluency and confidence in English. (Spanish speaking required)

Time: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Bilingual instructor. (English/Spanish)

Rate of Pay: $27 -$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons that cater to different proficiency levels.
• Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet students’ learning needs.
• Assess students’ language proficiency through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills.
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Encourage cultural awareness and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve ESL programs.
• Stay updated on ESL teaching methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 years teaching: Required
• 1 year teaching English: Required.
• Spanish Required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans.
• Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools (for virtual instruction).

Salary : $27 - $30
