Retail Sales Associate - Nora Plaza

POSITION PURPOSE Team Members provide high-quality customer service and technical expertise on shoes, apparel, and accessories.POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Assist customers with purchasing shoes, apparel, and accessories and demonstrate technical product knowledge
• Process sales on the computer at the front desk
• Check in and price footwear, apparel, and accessory orders
• Process defective shoes to be sent back to the manufacturer
• Organize the stock room
• Arrange and restock merchandise
• Assist in setting up window displays
• Keep the store and sales floor clean and neat
• Assist with water stations during company-sponsored runs as requested
• Coordinate and lead group runs from the store as requested
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of retail sales experience
