Carpet Masters of Kansas is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, we’d love to have you on our team.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ – Manage payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
✔ Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R) – Process payments and track expenses
✔ Payroll – Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
✔ Scheduling – Organize appointments and job assignments
✔ Microsoft Excel & Word – Create reports, spreadsheets, and documents
✔ Canva – Assist with basic graphic design for marketing materials
✔ General Administrative Tasks – Answer phones, emails, and maintain records
Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (experience required)
✅ Experience in Payroll, A/P, A/R, and Scheduling
✅ Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Canva
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
