As an Assistant Manager on our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for supporting our team members in creating exceptional member experiences. We are centered on ensuring our associates have a sense of belonging, know they are valued, and are supported with the tools to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the front of house food and beverage team members.
- Assist in implementing training programs, creating and upholding standards of service, inventory performance, and scheduling.
- Support operations in Carmichael's restaurant, the ACC Café, The Booth bowling center, as well as banquet and culinary teams

Salary : $50,000 DOE
FLSA Status : Exempt
Shift : Varied- Some holidays required However, the club is closed many major holidays and bank holidays as well as a one week shut down in August
