Job Summary:
Pioneer Valley Regional School is looking for a Junior Varsity Baseball Coach to develop players and prepare them for varsity competition. The coach will support the varsity program while ensuring player growth and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Organize and run structured practices to enhance player development.
Teach and reinforce proper baseball techniques and strategies.
Assist the varsity coach in implementing program goals and philosophy.
Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team events.
Maintain communication with players, parents, and school staff.
Promote academic success and sportsmanship among athletes.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and strategies.
Previous coaching or playing experience preferred.
Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
