Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new hires and assist with training initiatives.
- Organize store displays and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with vendors as needed to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or grocery store operations is preferred.
