We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fitness Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our fitness programs. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our services. Their primary focus is growing personal training sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fitness team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct demos to showcase fitness programs and equipment to potential clients.
- Develop and implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Track client progress, manage schedules, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in direct sales opportunities alongside our general manager and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive environment.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on technical sales techniques and customer engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field.
- Strong background in direct sales.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct engaging demonstrations that effectively communicate value.
- Experience in upselling services in a competitive environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
