Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments by putting on and removing supportive devices
- Assist physical therapists during administration of treatments and provide routine treatment
- Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises and functional activities under the direction of professional staff
- Provide routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities
- Clean work area and equipment after treatment
- Wash linens/towels, fold, and maintain linen cabinets
- Maintain restrooms and other areas as needed
- Restock supplies, including paper towels, tissue paper, soap, and more
- Assist patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
- Help maintain inventory of non-medical and medical supplies
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to document projects and manage production efficiently
- Attention to detail and time management skills essential
- Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care that exceeds expectations

- Demonstrate compassion toward patients
- Complete tasks thoroughly and accurately
- Basic knowledge of office equipment a plus
Language Skills:
- Read, write, and speak English proficiently
Physical Demands:
