QUALIFICATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Relentless commitment to raising the academic achievement of all student-athletes
- Organize and attend all practices and contests
- Ability to motivate students
- Ability to individualize instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of rules and strategies
- Experience as a coach preferred
- Experience as a player preferred
- Enthusiasm for the sport
- Coaching certifications preferred (VPA / NFHS)
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and public
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon/evening/weekends
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the athletic director that is sport or coaching-related
