Duties
- Supervise and support store managers across New Jersey to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
- Manage the expense budget for each location, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives in process improvement to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Manage projects related to store openings, renovations, and other operational changes.
- Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring store managers and developing their skills.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align district operations with corporate objectives.
