We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Camp Director to join our team. As the Assistant Camp Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our camp program, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education and student development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing camp curriculum and activities that align with educational goals
- help manage camp staff, including training, and evaluating performance
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to camp operations
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education or related field
- Experience working with students in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
