What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Membership Representative position at Athol Area YMCA?
The Athol Area YMCA is looking to add an individual to our Membership Team. We have an overnight position available. Thursday and Friday 12am-4:30am Must be available on weekends to sub if needed.
Our Membership Representative delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants, Welcome and greet all members in a friendly and helpful way, Answer the telephone promptly and in a professional manner, Provide membership and program information and requirements in an accurate, friendly and courteous manner, Assist with room scheduling, Conduct interviews and/or tours to prospective members; sells memberships, Builds relationships with members; help members connect with one another and the YMCA, Handles and resolves membership concerns, Applies all YMCA policies dealing with member services, Adheres to all cash handling and reporting procedures, ensuring accurate cash balances, Attend scheduled meetings, contributing ideas and concerns and working as a team, Participate in training and other Association initiatives, Performs other duties as assigned to department.
