We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our short term rentals. Thus, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Helping prepare and maintain laundry and beds for each stay
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and maintained properly.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in additional laundry duties as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hospitality or service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests if the situation arises.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and safety protocols is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
