Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Carlstadt, New Jersey
Job Type: Full Time, In-Person
Job Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist located in Carlstadt, NJ. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing information for the company. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Athra. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update product and inventory data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records as needed.
- Generate reports and retrieve requested data when required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to inventory and sales as assigned.
Qualifications
- Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Typing and Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Organizational skills and time management
- High school diploma or equivalent
