Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Providing and maintaining good relationships with current and potential customers
- Planning seasonal business by category; submitting orders; keeping accurate, detailed records
- Analyzing sales results and creating an action plan based on those results
- Accurately forecasting product needs
- Providing competitive pricing while meeting margin expectations
- Responding to customer requests for product development and working with PD team to determine course of action
- Working with internal and external teams to accomplish goals
- Preparing monthly reports
- Generating leads to new business
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, management, fashion merchandising, or a related field
- Experience with selling to major retailers
- Experience in sales and commitment to excellent customer service
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills for various tasks
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with jewelry sales preferred
