Clinical Nurse (RN) PCU / PRN

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group of the assigned unit, ensuring quality and safe care in line with unit standards. The role emphasizes respect and consideration for staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
• Skills: Knowledge of patient rights, clear communication, and age-appropriate care.
• Experience: Supervised by Patient Care Director or Manager.
  
  

Environment: Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases; requires physical stamina and manual dexterity.
