About the Role
ATI has a current need for a Construction Management (CM) Program Manager / Project Manager in Columbia, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- With a focus on Federal Government construction management, identifying new opportunities that correspond to ATI’s qualifications;
- Positioning and assembling a team to pursue these opportunities;
- Providing technical direction and input in drafting proposals;
- Leading transition and start-up activities on new contracts; and
- Overseeing contract execution requirements including safety, quality, staffing, client engagement, budget / cost planning, record keeping, invoicing, reporting, and management of project staff.
