We are looking for someone who understands and is familiar with 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICES. Someone who has a sense of urgency and can work in a fast-paced environment. This person must be flexible and be able to support various divisions at any given time with or without notice. Must be able to effectively time manage their desk on their own so deadlines or meeting deadlines are never missed. This position requires an individual who can work independently and has initiative. We also want someone who is a strong communicator and is not afraid to ask for help either.

Administrative Assistant Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance to Regional Mgr., Office Mgr., and Project Management Team
- Subcontractor vetting and certification (RMIS champion)
- AR calls
- Field payroll processing (Econz)
- Greet and direct incoming clients, vendors, and deliveries
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- AR processing of subcontractor and credit account invoices
- New lead intake including but not limited to:
- Emergency service dispatching
- Assign jobs to Project Directors
- Accepting assignments in various TPA platforms
- Schedule program rebuild inspections
- Interface with external and internal clients
- Scanning and managing electronic document/files
- Perform quality control calls and resolutions
- Job tracking updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- 2 years experience in an administrative support role or receptionist role
- Interpersonal skills and customer service experience
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick-study and technology savvy
- Industry/Restoration/Construction experience is a plus
