ATI Restoration, LLC (ATI) is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients - no project is too big or too small. As part of our national expansion efforts, we are adding to our teams. We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator.
The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work. The ability to work efficiently without wasting materials is a must.
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for moving all warehouse equipment used for transporting, loading, or unloading inventory and supplies. Also responsible for maintaining proper inventory records, conduct safe operations, schedule proper equipment and vehicle maintenance, storage, and care of all maintenance records. Prior experience or knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus. Areas of responsibility include:
Responsibilities
- Scanning in and out equipment and supplies
- Working on monthly and year-end inventories
- Vehicle maintenance tracking/enforcement
- Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and or repair
- Accept deliveries
- Stock shelves and truck with supplies
- Assist with job site deliveries, dump runs, etc.
- Loading and Offloading company trucks/debris disposal
- Forklift operations
- General cleaning
- Minor computer data entry
Technical Skills: MS Office, Google Mail, and PC.
Communication Skills - Fluent English, both oral and written. (Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma. Solid basic math skills.
- Significant warehouse work history 3 years of hands-on experience as a warehouse coordinator.
- Knowledge of and willingness to comply with general industry safety guidelines at all times
