Summer Internship Program
The internship will be based in Cudahy, WI, and will run from June to August 2025. Relocation and housing assistance are available for the duration of the program.

Job Responsibilities:
As an intern at ATI, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with high-performing teams on impactful projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and addressing safety concerns within the Forge Shop.
- Implementing improvements in the Forge Shop and Die Room.
- Assessing inspection methods to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating to resolve engineering issues in the Forge Shop.
- Providing guidance and support for various processes, including grinding, cleaning, and forging.
