ATI is seeking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Specialty Materials Business Unit. This position will be located in Richland, WA.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be providing HR support for the Manufacturing Plant Operations. You will actively engage in employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession, workforce management and organizational development. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
