ATI, a leading provider of innovative materials, is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join our team.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of our Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) cycle. Your expertise in optimizing demand and supply planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency will drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly SIOP process, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to align sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.
Develop a level-loaded 12-month Master Production Schedule, considering market dynamics and internal factors to create accurate forecasts.
Oversee the Integrated Business Planning process, reviewing customer backlogs and internal capacity, identifying constraints, and mitigating long-range bottlenecks.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels based on demand fluctuations, mitigating excess or obsolete inventory risks.
Evaluate financial risks related to demand, sales, and inventory forecasts, providing recommendations to improve overall financial performance.
Scenario planning to account for changes in raw material supply, production capacity, and customer demand.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in operational excellence, demand planning, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment.
