What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specimen Collector position at ATI?
Due to same-gender observed urine collections, we are currently only looking for a MALE specimen collector at this time.
Specimen Collector Entry Level Lab Assistant. (IMMEDIATE HIRE to work Mon-Sun. Varied shifts) Schedule may be changed according to employers needs.
- Urine specimen collection
- Hair specimen collection
- Must be willing to perform observed urine collections at times
- Answer telephone calls, take messages
- Organize requisitions received for specimen collections
- Faxes lab reports to appropriate locations
- Prints and distribute reports.
- Places reports on patient charts
- Phlebotomy / vein puncture certification is desired
- Knowledge of DOT procedures are also desired, but not required
- Cleaning Facility Regularly
- Collect urine for drug screens and accurately process required paperwork
- Punctual and trustworthy a MUST
- Reliable Transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
