We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nurse Injector to join us in a 50/50 revenue-sharing partnership model.

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Injector Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice within our well-established medspa. You will operate under a flexible 50/50 partnership, with access to a steady stream of clients, state-of-the-art equipment, and dedicated support staff. You will have your own private treatment room where you can perform injectables treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services, ensuring an elevated and professional experience for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Injector Partner, your role will include providing a variety of injectable services, including but not limited to:

• Botox and Dermal Fillers: Administer Botox and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) to enhance facial aesthetics, reduce wrinkles, and restore volume.
• Other Injectables (as applicable): Perform other injectable treatments like Kybella, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), and other related services.
• Consultations & Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals, create personalized treatment plans, and ensure realistic expectations.
• Client Education: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize risks. Provide ongoing guidance to help clients maintain their results.
• Skin Care Recommendations: Recommend appropriate skincare products or additional non-invasive treatments to complement injectable services.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure safe, effective, and sanitary use of all injectable products and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
• Client Care: Develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on providing excellent customer service and building client trust and loyalty.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document client treatments, progress, and follow-ups to ensure optimal results and safety.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in injectable treatments.
• Certification in Botox and Dermal Filler Injections or similar aesthetics qualifications.
• Proven experience in performing injectables in a medical or medspa setting.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and the safe administration of injectables.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide thorough consultations and effectively educate clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage your client base while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Current state licensure and any additional certifications required for the role.
