UX/UI Design:
" Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
" Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
" Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI layouts for web applications.
" Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and align with design system and design guidelines.
" Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
Business Analysis
" Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and user needs.
" Create user stories, acceptance criteria, UX specifications, and other documentation using Jira and Confluence.
" Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure that design work aligns with development timelines.
" Support product managers in setting clear priorities and ensuring that design work meets business objectives. Agile Collaboration:
" Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
" Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
" Document and share design decisions, user insights, and progress in Confluence to keep all teams aligned.
Experience: -
8 Years experience
Educational Qualifications: -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
