Job Description :
Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution (cost, schedule, technical, quality) and full integration of the subcontract work scope within the program, e.g. proposals, negotiations, contract execution, etc.
Subject Matter Expert with advanced knowledge of contract types (i.e., FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M, CPFF, CPIF, etc.), government proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
Subject Matter Expert with advanced negotiation skills, subcontractor management and program risk management experience.
Subject Matter Expert with advanced ability to review technical SOWs, understand work scope, and hold other functions accountable to provide clarity and eliminate ambiguity in SOW language and technical requirements.
Subject Matter Expert with advanced knowledge of FAR / DFAR requirements, Prime Contract flow downs, International Trade Compliance, ITAR, EAR, Import / Export, General Provisions, Terms and Conditions, policies and procedures, command media requirements, negotiations of legal documents, and supply chain strategies to improve KPIs and ROIs.
