Project types to include :
1- Site Design for Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings
2 – Residential Subdivisions from Land Acquisition to Finished Lots
3 – Municipal Roadway, Drainage, and Planning projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Professional engineer registration in Texas.
- 10 years of experience in the types of responsibilities listed above.
- Additional desirable experience would include :
- Project management experience including :
o Experience with entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting
o Experience with Site Planning and Development Master Planning
o Software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
o Grading and Drainage Design
o Street and Alley Design
o Site Design
o Water and Wastewater Design
o Hydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and Design
o SWP3s
o General Civil Design
o Construction Management
