Position : Detailed UX DesignerLocation : Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)Duration : 12 monthsJD : UX / UI Design :
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI layouts for web applications.
- Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and align with design system and design guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.Business Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and user needs.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, UX specifications, and other documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure that design work aligns with development timelines.
- Support product managers in setting clear priorities and ensuring that design work meets business objectives. Agile Collaboration :
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
